The accepted method is to post the original title intact, and if the poster so chooses, to add any additional text encased in ( ).

Nobody has "permission" to alter the original title of any article.

It wouldn't surprise me a bit if Ritter and/or his buddy Pitt DO troll FR. No doubt he has a DU membership too. According to the article, he didn't say one thing different from the doom and gloom propaganda we've been seeing in the media and here on FR. Heck, he could have copied and pasted statements from right here on FR on the making of his remarks today.
