They're lucky I'm not a legislator. There would be some changes:
1st offense: $5,000 fine. That's right, FIVE THOUSAND SMACKEROOS.
2nd offense: $5,000 fine and SIX MONTHS IN FEDERAL PRISON. Guilty of a felony--can no longer vote or own a firearm.
3rd offense: $10,000 fine and TWO YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON.
I'm tired of this c**p.
