Last week a local wanted to have a support rally for the troops, Bush, and the war in general.
They organized it in a smaller community area in Las Vegas and well over 2000 people showed up.
On the local news I heard them talking that the organizers were planning what would be the largest US support rally in history, and it's to take place in 2 weeks, more info to come.
Anyone know more info about this, please post a reply !

Keep me posted.
I was in Summerlin last week and I'd estimate that the 2000 attendance number is very conservative. This was pretty much done on the fly with very little prior notice. Even so, the turnout was huge.

I wasn't able to make it to the one in Summerlin, but they did show the line of cars waiting to exit the freeway getting there. Amazing. I've wanted to try and put something on, at least try and get something going...all these anti-assclowns are pissing me off. I want to help these organizers if they need it, in any way.

We did the same thing in Chicago, one week of prep and 3000+ attendees. Tell me when the Vegas area one will be happening and we'll coordinate. We can even make it a contest - which could increase our turnout.
We can ask chapters in our surrounding areas to promote it for "road trips". Heck, maybe we should line up buses like the communists do...

I will be in Vegas on the 17th of April, I can take a few riders with me, but they have to bring their own gambling money.

Let me see if I can get resevations at the Palace Station for the family. We like the simple life. Doesn't get better than free.

Man passing by: "Yeah right, you'll just gamble with it!"

If I were kind I'd advise that they end the rally by 3:30PM PST so that they can hit the buffets before the dinner pricing takes effect. But screw the anti-American socialists, let them pay full fare.

Ooops, thought it was an antiwar rally. Show up early and in large enough numbers then catch the Bellagio's buffet (the best I found in town).

Good for them, here's hoping it goes well.
But my first thought upon reading the headline is that it will be just like a Simpsons episode, with red, white, and blue feathers for the fan dancers and such!

Small world eh? I'll be there this weekend( Researching for humanity, that kind of thing.)
