I was there...she was in full martyr gear wailing about the persecution of the anti-war mnovement and the crushing of dissent....of course I have already heard this rant during the 100 previous appearances by Garafalo on everything from Fox News to the Weather Channel ;-)
You have to wonder how "dissent is being criminalized." Have any anti-war protestors been thrown in prison for political reasons? Have they been put in gulags? Have they been beaten by the police? No.
Garofolo is obviously in full idiot hysteria mode. She can't tell the difference between paying the price for backing a failed anti-war movement and being thrown into a Soviet-style gulag for political crimes.
And we're supposed to be the idiots...
