Heck the WHO and CDC are having a hard time handling SARS how are they going to handle a "real" bio attack?

Dr. Kenneth Alibeck, a Russian scientist who helped develop the world's strongest strain of anthrax before he defected to the United States in 1992.

"I know how al-Qaida and other terrorist groups work," Alibeck said. "They work hard just to develop biological weapons. They understand that biologicals will put our country on its knees.

It's just a little 'thing', but this man deserves a good, old-fashioned pat on the back. It just tickles me that he defected from Russia, and calls the USA 'our country'.
