France-achusetts Punks Fail Flag 101
Boston Herald ^ | April 6, 2003 | Howie Carr

Posted on 04/06/2003 8:46:04 AM PDT by SamAdams76

Here's the answer to the question, how much are the parents of those punks at Wheaton Collge in Norton (MA) paying for the privilege of letting their loser kids insult the military by hanging the U.S. flag upside down?

The answer is, $34,590 a year.

That's this year's tab at Wheaton for tuition, room and board, fees, etc. Imagine - the parents of these pampered punks are paying almost 35 large for their below-average children to attend a third-rate school. And Pfc. Jessica Lynch joined the Army, at least in part, because her family couldn't afford even seven grand to send her to a public college in West Virginia.

Jessica is ambushed and she empties her firearm at the genocidal Arab terrorists who would murder the rest of her squad in cold blood. Meanwhile, back in Norton, the college boys with their trust funds get a couple of slurred threats on their answering machine and immediately call a press conference to announce their unconditional surrender.

Jessica vs. the spineless, spoiled kids of Wheaton. Quite a contrast, and it's really all you need to know about this crowd of Saddam groupies who behaved so absymally over the last two weeks.

They're not for peace, you understand. They're for Saddam. Fascism si, democracy no.

This week, I talked to a coed from Westfield State College. She believes that like Iraq under Saddam, the U.S. government operates rape rooms. She believes the PC agitprop that we use poison gas.

I'd describe the colleges as a fifth column, but the historical reference would be lost on them. And it's not just here in France-aschusetts. Did you hear the thunderous applause Liveshot Kerry received up in New Hampshire when he demanded "regime change"?

Most of the Clinton worshippers in that room are brokenhearted that there is no "quagmire." They wanted the United States to lose this war. THere's no other way to put it. I hope somebody has confiscated Sy Hersh's belt and shoelaces - this is the second war in a row his anonymous "sources" have called totally wrong.

I talked to a guy this week, a disc jockey on a college radio station in Michigan. He refused to play the "news" from NPR, telling his listeners that if they wanted to really know what was going on in Iraq, they should turn on the Fox News channel.

He was fired. So much for celebrating diversity.

I got a call Friday from a woman who claimed that the United States had to right to overthrow anyone since the CIA had put Pinochet in charge on Chile. Pinochet? I told her I would continue the conversation only if she could name the countries abutting Iraq.

She couldn't name one. Twenty minutes later, she called back. She still missed two. Memo to MTV: start running maps.

These unbathed Baathists rip down pro-military signes, they vandalize immobile tanks, they hold vomit-ins, they swoon over Pearl Jam and the Dixie Chicks. Very few of them have jobs - hence, the weekday riots.

In Vermont, a Bernie Sanders supporter named Mark Szymankski decided to produce a peace sign - on ice-covered Converse Bay. He got on his brand-new ATV and was so caught up in his dreamy reveries of the Fedayeen and Eddie Vedder that he forgot it was spring, and that the ice was melting.

The ATV plunged through the ice and sank to the bottom of the bay. It was worth $7,000, and Szymanski hadn't bothered to insure it.

Typical Saddamite puke. Very rich, and very stupid. Do you suppose he went to Wheaton?

There is another Wheaton besides the good Wheaton in Illinios where Scott Beamer went to college?

I was just there last week visiting my niece, though, and was surprised that there were NOT a lot of antiwar signs on the doors and lobbies as I had expected.

I have met several of the professors, but they are in the Sciences, not in sociology, or other fingerpainting subjects, and they did not seem all that horrible.

That said, however, there is a kind of "Cat Shelter" syndrome there, as in, "This one has no tail, this one has been damaged by a car, this one is missing an ear", kind of, "Something is not quite right about many of them", though there are many bright, hardworking kids there, and the admissions requirements pretty much screen out the really dull ones. While I met a few twitchy, "Damaged Goods" types, I have not met any stupid ones, yet- it is not like Zoo Mass. Amherst. Most of the students I met while eating in the cafeteria, were earnest, serious, enthusiastic students- generally good kids anyone would be proud of.

There ARE however, various "Issue" dorms (e.g.,Man-Hate,"wish we were at Wellesley where HRC went"). One can only imagine the inhabitants of these.

I used to bartend in a restaurant near Wheaton College and can spot a wheaty a mile away.

Wheaton College has been overtaken with gays and liberal idiots. After being subjected to them for a number of years, I recommend that no parent waste their money (and their kid) at Wheaton College in Norton, Ma.
