My conscience had been bugging me a bit, about my reaction to Rachel Corrie's death, until I read the DUers on Michael Kelly.

Not me ---even if you don't see them, you know all their faces have her same kind of bitter ugly hate for the USA and all it represents as Corrie's while ripping up the USA flag. These are marxists who want full control over everyone, they despise freedom. They want totalitarianism, they hate free speech and all the rest.

Some scenes visible on European channels this afternoon showed armed Iraqis cheering at imperial troops in front of some government buildings. We've all seen the nervousness of the invaders and how they were firing at anything that moved. Here they were happy and smiling and even leaving their armoured vehicles in front of armed men. Quite clearly these happy Iraqis were Chalabi people who are herded in front of the propaganda cameras. ..... I believe that 90% of what we're going to see from Baghdad in the next few days will be staged propaganda charades.

DU is interesting. I am basically a typical east coast Republican (liberal socially), but reading DU has convinced me to NEVER EVER vote "D" again. Well, I might, but it won't be anytime soon! I can't stand the hatred of America that oozes from them.

I go to DU often just to get a good laugh. It's funny that the thing that they post the most about and that annoys them the most is FReepers!!! It feels really, really good to get under their skin the way we do!
