At the height of Cold War tensions in the Reagan era, conservative humorist P.J. O'Rourke described a visit he made to Europe. Everywhere he went, O'Rourke encountered Europeans who were incensed not with the Soviets, who were pointing missiles at them, but with the Americans, who were defending them. He called these people "Euro-weenies."

Also, the prosecutors are having a hell of a time proving that any of the aforementioned conditions applied to Kosovo. The simple fact is they didn't there but they do in Iraq.
The only difference is that Beelzebubba was squatting in the White House.
