It can be said that when they attack military bases they are "guerrilas", not "terrorists".

There's been a lot of talk about the larger armed Palestinian groups focusing their attacks on military targets and leaving "soft" civilian targets alone. Events in recent months suggest that they are doing it. We'll see how it plays politically.

It can be said they are dead, dead, dead, and good riddance.

Yeah, they sent them to Iraq to kill American troops.

You are indeed correct. By attacking soldiers exclusively they are Guerrilas not terrorists. Similarly, the suicide bombers attacking our soldiers are not terrorists either.

The mother of Israeli Staff Sgt. Yigal Lifshitz, who was killed in an attack in the Jordan Valley April 10, 2003, mourns over his coffin at Rishon Letzion cemetery. An Israeli missile strike killed a Palestinian bomb-making expert in Gaza and gunmen killed two Israeli soldiers in the West Bank on Thursday in a surge of violence ahead of an anticipated U.S.-led peace drive. Israel said it hoped the fall of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein would chasten Palestinian militants into laying down their arms. Photo by Nir Elias/Reuters
