I wouldn't say that, remember we are talking about China here. I would not put it past them to intentionally spread the outbreak if they thought it would hurt their own country. What we are seeing now could be the tip of a very large iceburg in China.
I wouldn't say that, remember we are talking about IF ALL you've got to go by are 'scare pieces' like as posted at the beginning of this thread THEN I can see why you'd say that.
I'M NOT going simply by these essential-detail lacking 'scare pieces' so I of course I have a different view *and* opinion fo the situation ...
