I still don't think this will reach critical mass here in the states but Bejing is not looking too good right now.

I'd be interested in your rationale for feeling this won't break out in the US. I want to believe you're right, give me a reason for hoping so.

It will get even worse out in the countryside where they have very poor health systems, and very illiterate populations.
