LONDON, England (AP) --Documents discovered in the bombed out headquarters of Iraq's intelligence service provide evidence of a direct link between Saddam Hussein's regime and Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda terrorist network, a newspaper reported Sunday.

Papers found Saturday by journalists working for the Sunday Telegraph reveal that an al Qaeda envoy met with officials in Baghdad in March 1998, the newspaper reported.

France aided Iraq which aided Al Qeda.

France is an enemy nation of terrorists and must be dealt with as we dealt with Afghanistan and Iraq.

France helped kill 3,000 Us citizens in New York on Sept 11,2001.

Always remember that French fought the US enroute to get Hitler.

France did all they could to stop Reagan from getting Kadafi

France did all it could to keep Saddam in power. Saddam was using Al Qeada to kill US citizens.

France hates the US and Israel and has been covertly killing US citizens and Isralies.

My preference is that this not be revealed at this time. Let the RATs bitch and moan for about a year about "no evidence of links to Ben laden" and " no WMD found"

Then summer of 2004 hit 'em with everything blowing the RATmedia alliance to smithereens.

You and I think like that! However, I appreciate that the President doesn't try to control the press, the allies, or the politics. I think with him, what you see is what you get. Like him or not, he's not the 'evil, deceptive, election-stealing, drunken, stupid, frat boy, oil man, ____ (insert whatever they've been saying for over two years here).....

And that automatically makes those papers factual?

Smells fishy.

I'll just wait to hear if this story and those papers are verified.

"One document, dated September 25, 2001, from Iraqi foreign minister Naji Sabri to Saddam's palace, was based on a briefing from the French ambassador in Baghdad and covered talks between presidents Jacques Chirac and George W. Bush."

Been watching FOX this afternoon...

It turns out that Chirac himself had personally invested financial ventures with Saddam!

The poop is gonna hit the fan big time next week.

The British polititian who had been getting millions from Saddam is just the tip of the iceberg.

Saddam paid off polititians and the media all over the world to hush the truth about his monstrous regime.

In a very significant way, it is great that the press (better yet, foreign press) found these documents and first broke the news. France, Germany, and Russia now will be unbable to say the information was "doctored" by the U.S. military or "fabricated" by the CIA.

Chirac Is A Worm!

This must have been very painful for CNN to report. The world's islamocommiefascists all in bed together, and their American RATS like Dasshole et al playing their role within America. I sense a purge - of global proportions - coming in the not so distant future.

It was obvious that the French were secretly aiding the Iraqis. No army could surrender that quickly without French training.

Remember this next time a french diplomat trumpets that Chirac was the first foreign head of state to visit after 9/11. He was here collecting intelligence for france's allies -- our enemies and attackers.

Timeline:
Sept. 18, 2001: Chirac meets with Bush, requests details on pending war on terror -- see http://www.guardian.co.uk/wtccrash/story/0,1300,554251,00.html
Sept. 25, 2001: French minister briefs Hussein's regime on plans

You are right to be skeptical but it has been established that Saddam, like many other fascist leaders, kept meticulous records. We could speculate on why but I believe that they are such control-freaks that, since they cannot run everything, they want their subordinates' actions carefully documented.
