Here is the animated chart Jeff created, and it now reflects his success in Minnesota:

This bill is a definite improvement over the Feudal system that existed in the state. It should be an added push for Wisconsin to get Vermont style carry with the Wisconsin Supreme Court case that is due in June.

I've got a really silly question.
On the chart for permit issues, why is that some of the more conservative states don't have the issue permits. I understand the Communist republic of Illinois, but Why Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa?

Please change Colorado to "SHAL ISSUE" As of, I believe, the 20th of May this year! Who-yoo! The liberals did get Governor Bill "Gun Control" Owens to add in a provision outlawing guns on school property. Like that stupid law would have prevented Columbine. Damned parents were the only ones who could have done that, and they didn't!
Anyway, Colorado is a shall issue. Oh yeah, I'd like to see the other 49 states also pass another law that we did. The law prohibits any city or county from making any gun law more strict than the state law. Denver bans guns for all practical purposes, but that ends next month!
Wait. Nevermind. Your color graphic just changed colors to show Colorado is a SHALL ISSUE state!

Damn, that is one excellent graphic!
