I would think 97% white would top most European nations' percentages these days.

I once did a report on Paraguay while a Geography major.

One thing which struck me was that country had the highest percentage of Europeans of any Latin American country.

Well maybe for the rest, but certainly not Iceland. The only person with any color in their skin in that country (whether by pigment or suntan) is a tourist.

One mistake you can make is to call an Argentine an Italian. They are Argentine, as they will remind you, and definitely consider themselves hispanic although they are not of the right ethnic group for the cultural and racial marxists.

Another thing about Argentine women is that they may only be 5' 3" but they are 10 feet of attitude. Its something American males may not be used to. They are a handful.
