NEVER FORGET
...As we bring Freedom to Iraq the...
...Free Vietnam Flag's usage in California by over 400,000 Freedom-Loving Vietnamese-Americans has just been suddenly killed without a Hearing by the Democrats in the California State Assembly's Committee on Rules.
...Democrat Committee Chairman JOE NATION (D) has just taken Assembly Bill ..ACR 68.. off the regular Consent Calendar and then suddenly had it voted down by a 5 Democrat - 3 Republican Vote, preventing it from going to the Assembly Floor for a Full Vote. It is most unusual for a Bill like this to be taken off the Consent List and then immediatley voted on without even holding a Committee Hearing about it before those concerned about it, in this Case the Freedom-Loving Vietnamese-American Communities of California.
...Rules Committee Chairman JOE NATION (D) is using a Letter of Complaint from the Ambassador of Communist Vietnam is his reason for killing.. ACR 68 .., thus insulting Freedom-Loving Vietnamese-Americans everywhere in his State. Gov. GRAY DAVIS (D) himself ignored this same Communist Letter of Complaint earlier this year and did not interfere with California Cities' proclaiming the Free Vietnam Flag as their Official symbol representing their Vietnamese-American Communities.
FREEPERS:
Please Call/E-Mail the Democrats on the California State Assembly Committee on Rules to demand a "2nd" Hearing on Assembly Bill ..ACR 68.. for its passage to the Assembly Floor for a Vote, where our voices would be heard. See Link to Numbers/Addresses Below.
Thank you all very, very much.

NEVER FORGET
...This year California Cities Westminster, Garden Grove and San Jose have already Officially proclaimed the Freedom Flag of the former Republic of Vietnam as their Official symbol of the Vietnamese-American Communities in their Cities.
...Why did the Democrats on the California Assembly Rules Committee and the Democrat Governor of California act differently to a Communist Vietnam Letter of Complaint they received from the Ambassador of Communist Vietnam..?
...Why would any Freedom-Loving American vote "NO" to the Vietnamese-American Communities' Love of Freedom in a new Century of Freedom, especially after Freedom's new Arrival in Iraq..?
Please Call/E-Mail all the Democrats on the Assembly Committee of Rules for a "2nd" Hearing on Assembly Bill ..ACR 68..!
I already have.
NEVER FORGET

Aren't you allowed to fly any flag you want? As long as it is not above the Stars and Stripes.
I don't understand what is going on here.

...Bill ACR 68 urges the State of California to:
"..formerly recognize the flag of the former Republic of Vietnam... as the official symbol of the Vietnamese American community in this state, and permit this flag to be displayed on any state-owned property, or at any state-controlled or sponsored Vietnamese American event of public function organized bythe Vietnamese-American community in the state.." in FREEDOM.
Something the Communists of Vietnam just cannot stand in a new Century of FREEDOM.

From the way Joe Nation shut off this bill from getting a full vote why doesn't he just admit he hates America! He might as well be a card carrying member of the Communist Party! I'll give him a jingle alright!

To: ALOHA RONNIE
I wonder if all this will encourage a bill in the southeast for the display of the "Stars n'Bars"?
To: ALOHA RONNIE
This is just amazing to me. Are you sure this is part of America? Tell all those Vietnamese Americans to move to Michigan. They can bring the Spring Rolls and our people will fight for their right to wave whatever flag they like.
My former Marine husband is credulous about this...
