This is so easy - - - - read the Torah or the Old Testiment of the Christian Bible. Both say the same thing - - everything that SEN. Santorum railed against is an abomination in the eyes of GOD.

Hetrosexuality, when practiced by all, continues our species into perpetuity. Homosexuality, when practiced by all, ensures the discontinuation of our species. Thereby homosexuality is UN natural. If a state decides to make a unnatural act illegal it is the STATES right to do so. If it chooses to allow unnatural acts then they have that right also. If the Feds get involved in this and determine that the STATES do NOT have this right then ANY unnatural act that can be thought of SHOULD and MUST be allowed in the privacy of ones own home.
