They stopped any new construction for new power generators, closed old ones, shut down nuclear power plants for the great coming of Green Power from wind, sun and other witch craft notions.

None of the Green Power Wet Dreams have come true. We have an aging electrical power plant situation with not real alternatives producing real electricity.
