AW BAN POLL NEEDS OUR HELP! 7% STILL YES ON EXTENSION

Assault Weapons poll needs our kind help. I cannot believe that 7% want the Assault Weapons Ban extended.
TOPICS: Activism/Chapters; Free Republic
KEYWORDS: assualt; ban; control; gun; poll; weapons
Assault Weapons poll needs our kind help. I cannot believe that 7% want the Assault Weapons Ban extended.
I think this must mean that 7% can't read a question or, perhaps, 7% can't point and click accurately.

You know what to do. Now do it!

Actually the 7% is "easy".
Those are the same ones who were faulting the US troops for the Baghdad Museum looting of the 170,000 art objects, which never happened, the same ones who make sarcastic remarks about us not having found the WMD-s yet, the same ones who want us to find out "why do they hate us", etc., etc., in other words, they seem to express the very same opinions expoused by the leftists, but of course they claim otherwise.
Those are the DU moles/sleepers, who managed to stay just under the ZOT radarscreen, by being clever enough to couch each post in a frame that leaves a bit of doubt, yet reviewing most of their posts, it's clear that no real Freeper would really hold all of those opinions on the various topics.
I think the Admin Moderators are doing an outstanding job, but in a place as large as Free Republic, and with some clever people, it is inevitable to have a few infiltrators.

If FReepers were lock-step on everything,it wouldn't be an interesting forum.

What an ironic screen name you have. Personally, I would hope the admin moderators would screen out disruptive posters, not those who add balance to a discussion. 'Me, too' gets soporific real quick.

Perhaps you misunderstood me.
We have a lot of diverse opinions here, and there is nothing wrong with that. You agree with some people on some issues and violently disagree about them on others. That's what make a discussion. The conservative and Republican & Libertarian, etc. specturm is indeed a spectrum of opinions, all of them reflected at FR and all that is good.
But when you notice some posters having the same opinion as the World Socialist Website on EVERY topic, it does make one wonder. That was my point. I thought I specifically mentioned that it's not a question of people disagreeing about some topics, but of reviewing some people's opinions about a variety of topics and noticing that they just about never agree with any of the other freepers, but curiously enough always make the same points as the taking points on some Dem and/or socialist website.
Perhaps this was not the place to make that point, I think I was just seeing a number of posts lately, in the past few weeks, which I found highly suspicious.
And after all, FR is a place for the spectrum of conservatives to have discussions, but not for everyone, to including socialists repeating their propaganda, I see enough of that on AOL boards.
I hope this clarified my position.

I am surprised it isn't 35%. That appears to be the number of hard-core, braindead RATS in the electorate.
7% is great.

I'll bet that many of those votes can be explained by people just being contrary or making an attempt at humor.
How "funny" would it be to see a significant number of people on a poll on this site (not cite or sight!) vote in favor of extending a clearly unconstitutional ban?
To: justshutupandtakeit
It's an FR internal poll.
