Not all Muslims actively persue such ideals, but the Koran certainly supports them. These are the "but people." The American Muslims and many around the world condemmed 9-11, but, but, but, but, but said we provoked or caused it and while they didn't agree with it, they could certainly understand why the perps did it.

Islam, if practiced completely as taught, is not compatible with and cannot coexist with western beliefs. Here in the USA, I believe in the concept of free practice of religion, but might be willing to make an exception for Islam. As Islam grows in America, so too will conflict.

As I've been able to tell many Muslim people, if you want me to believe yours is a religion of peace, start rounding up the radicals that make this trouble and turn them over to the authorities. Their contribution to this should be the biggest by far. Until then, they are only building the case for their holicost.

Say it can't happen in this day and age, but someone, somewhere, someday, is going to be able to rally enough support to start deadly elimination of this threat at the cost of many innocent lives.

You are correct, there is a form of islam that could survive, it would preach live and let live with religions with which it disagrees. It furthermore would not teach laying in wait until such time as they have sufficient numbers to take over and institute a theocratic state. (Which is what they do now).

We do not need to support "freedom of religion" when the religion teaches sedition and conquest. We should be infiltrating these mosques and as they teach hatred, they should be closed and their leadership placed under arrest. This should be done in every country, but certainly the USA and Iraq. Saudi take note.

Well said. Thank you for the support (alot of people seem offended by the suggestion of banning islam as a violation of the Constitution). islam is political and therefore, not a religion at all. I am sick and tired of islam being treated as a viable religion such as Christianity or Buhdism, etc. islam is a death cult which deserves no respect. islam has been, and is a failure. islam is lying in wait as you suggest. islam is a trojan horse.

When Islam is practiced as a religion, it is protected by US law. However, when it wanders into the political, it is no longer protected. The Muslims need to decide, is it a religion or a political movement?
