BTW, akin to your post, can you say induction is 20 carbs a day, continued loss is ___ carbs a day, maintenance is ___ carbs a day? Do you know those figures offhand?

Induction is 20. Ongoing weight loss is from 25 to wherever you stop losing - i.e., people with fast metabolisms might be able to eat 100 grams and still lose weight, others may top out at 35 or 40. Then maintenance is just whatever keeps you at you goal weight. Some people are stuck eating 40 or less forever - life isn't fair.
I've basically stopped adding carbs at about 30-35 a day, because I still have 25 pounds or so to lose. When I get down near my goal, I'll add more to stop losing.

Experienced Atkins eaters know those numbers as well as an evangelist knows John 3:16, or Luke Chapter 15. ;-)
