VIDEO: CNN Fraudulent Assault Rifle Test (Compare The Muzzles Firing)
Media Research Center ^ | May 20, 2003

Posted on 05/21/2003 4:59:45 PM PDT by PJ-Comix

Check out this VIDEO of the FRAUDULENT Assault Rifle Test perpetrated by CNN last week. I urge all of you to COMPARE the muzzles of both assault rifles as they are fired. In the illegal assault rifle you can clearly see smoke exiting as if real bullets are being fired. In the second assault rifle which is described as the legal one, you see NO expulsion of fumes from the assault rifle. Were blanks used in the second rifle? You be the judge but I sure would like to see this matter investigated further. BTW, did you see how large that pile of cinder blocks was? NO WAY that Deputy Sheriff Chris Worth could have missed that large pile as was absurdly claimed.

Without some professional gunsmithing this scene leads me to believe the known Democrat is firing off target. That fact alone is enough to convict CNN of weaselry.

Agreed, the smoke issue can't be resolved with this video, but clearly nothing was hitting those bricks on the second round of firing. Even a .22 would have created dust and debris.

Notice, also, how the narrator changes the topic from 'firepower' to 'rounds per clip' when talking about the differences between the two guns. This whole video smells rotten.

You coulld see the muzzle jump with the second gun. I think it was firing live rounds, but apparently not at the cinder blocks. HOWEVER, the narration by the Sheriff says the second gun only has a 10 round magazine (which he incorrectly calls a clip at one point) It looks like a standard 30 round "banana" magazine to me. Unless someone goes to the trouble of making a 10 round magazine from a 30 round one, by welding in some sort of stop so that you can only get 10 rounds in it, the sherrif is full of Shiite. Well even if they do, he still is. On an early thread it was stated that the "Sheriff" (actually EX sheriff) was appointed by Governor Bush's predecessor. In Texas we elect our sheriffs, and in states that don't it's usually the county board or court (whatever the state may call the governing body of the county) that hires the sheriff. The ex sheriff was some kind of political bigwig in the state legislature before becoming sheriff. Naturally, the ex governor and the ex sheriff are 'Rats.

One thing that hasn't been discussed is the Sheriff's department and CNN knew they were going to film a difference in power between two rifles with identical barrel lengths and calibers or else they would never have been there in the first place.

The Sheriff and his deputies know enough about firearms and they set up a fraud. The reporter and the crew were told enough information about the two identical rifles and they were able to film the fraud that they wanted.

This wasn't a case of a mistaken film sequence. This was a premeditated fraud.

The reporter, his crew and his boss should be fired immediately.

The Sheriff and his deputies should be fired for the fraud and their inability to testify in a court of law. If I was an opposing lawyer, I would use this to indict the Sheriff's department every time I went up against one of them in a courtroom.

What a pantload! The deputy missed the blocks on purpose, probably on instruction from the sheriff (an ex-Democrat legislator no less).

Fraud, just what you'd expect from CNN and a Democrat.

With the second rifle he never hit the blocks with any rounds.

Which is why they would not show what it would do on the vested test dummy.

For those who haven't yet seen it, here is a link to a portion of the CNN propaganda video from last week which has the deputy intentionally missing the cinderblocks when firing the AK variant not covered by the much-ballyhooed 1994 AW ban.

Orwellian's comments in post #16 are spot-on about the lack of muzzle flash when the second AK variant is fired -- it's due to the compensator that the first rifle lacked.

If blanks were used, there would likely be something over the muzzle.

There are blank adapters that are concealable, such as those used in movie studios. Those big red clunky things they gave us in the military were supposed to be clunky and visible.

That being said I think this deputy intentionally missed and CNN then intentionally showed the bricks to make it appear as though the bullets did no damage.

Clearly, he either intentionally missed, or CNN used tape of the cinderblocks before the deputy started firing and then overdubbed the audio to make it appear that no damage was being done.

I am not certain if this is the same clip I saw last week, but I happened to surf onto CNN at the time the story was aired. I did not see the first weapon fired, but saw them shoot a second. My impression was they hit the reinforcing web inside the concrete block. Maybe not, but it sure looked like the first rounds hit about 1/4 of the way along the block and the second set hit right in the middle where the web would be.

Sometimes the footage has to be doctored(edited) to fit the desired agenda.

No way that Deputy could have missed if he was really trying. That pile of cinder blocks was very large. Plus he hit every round from the first rifle into just one cinder block. Deputy's name is Chris Worth. It would be interesting for some ENTERPRISING REPORTER to contact Deputy Worth to get more information on this incident.

Good point. If Sheriff Ken-Ken is willing to commit fraud on national TV then defense lawyers will contend that Sheriff Ken-Ken won't hesitate to commit fraud with court evidence. I can see the defense lawyers motions already using this videotape to prove that Sheriff Ken-Ken is willing to participate in fraud. BTW, Sheriff Ken-Ken already got himself in trouble before over FRAUDULENT charges agaisnt the Sun Cruz Casino gambling boat. He shut down their operations because he claimed they commenced gambling before they reached the three-mile limit. Later it was demonstrated that charge was utter BS.

Unfortunately Sheriff Ken-Ken (5'2" in elevator shoes) isn't an ex-sheriff. He is the CURRENT sheriff of Broward County. And a very POWER-HUNGRY Sheriff at that. Sheriff Ken-Ken is currently trying to take over the Fire Department here as well.

Jonas has described how we did the BFA thang also. We used this method on our M60's and 16's albeit our M14's and Ma Duce didn't play well with this method of improvised better way to do it.

I haven't the time or stomach to watch the clip (dial up) so I'll ask if anyone noted a brake versus a flash supressor remembering that the "wilson" brake is identical to the bird cage GI version flash supressor. One will get a different "visual signature" from rifles equipped with such.

Anyone ask Jeb Bush why he's allowing a sheriff to use county employees to mislead the sheeple and lie to those who really know the answers already ?

Stay Safe !
