I suppose to a good muslim beating and raping a 9 year old 'infidel' christian girl would be considered an act of worship. What degenerate religion.

Compare that with:

Mark 10:14 "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Matthew 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

I'd say from a secular view that Christianity is a much better deal.

As far as praying for them, I agree completely. However, it any of them makes a wrong move, I'b be ready to kill them without quarter, without remorse, and without mercy.

So this rape is the fault of Islam? and no Christian males have ever raped young girls?

Islam does suck, but Christians have certainly been guilty for crimes as horrible as this.

That religion that is without sin should cast the first stone.

A few weeks ago I signed up for a correspondence course in Sufism, a type of Islamic-based "mysticism" which is sometimes presented as a "universalist" religious philosophy. As the exercises became increasingly tied up with Islamic religious material, and as my knowledge of Islam increased from other sources, I finally realized I could not in good conscience continue. A liberal acquaintance seemed to think my decision was "bigoted," but it seems to me that the bigots are the Muslims, and quite dangerous bigots at that. I just realized I wanted nothing to do with a philosophy, no matter how well-meaning and comparatively liberal by Islamic standards, which was largely based on Mohammed and the Koran.

Yes, but Christians are not often known for stoning the victim to death.

Sick. 9 year old girls? Rape is bad enough when your body is fully developed. Imagine being a third the size of your rapist.

"That religion that is without sin should cast the first stone."

The difference is that most of the atrocities committed in the name of Islam can arguably be derived from explicit passages in the Koran and the Hadith (sayings of Mohammed), whereas Christian sins have generally been done in direct contradiction to Christian scripture. Moreover, IN TODAY'S WORLD, the only world that really matters, it is by far Moslems who are committing atrocities in the name of their religion - not as personal moral failings - but as acts done with specifically religious motives.

The penalty for zina (adultery and fornication) is death by stoning and to discharge adultery, the burden falls on the victim to prove rape which requires the testimony of four adult male Muslims who have witnessed the rape. The testimony of the rape victim alone or of four female witnesses is insufficient. If the accused is a Muslim, no non-Muslim is allowed to testify against him.

Satan couldn't have written better loopholes and burden of proof.

no argument there. Since 9/11, I've been for the full extermination of the Islamic faith or, at minimum, the illegalization of its practice in the USA, or at the bare-bones minimum, forcing that 'faith' to join the 21st century.

Of course, this flies fully into the face of Christianity ("Love thy neighbor", "turn the other cheek") and the US Constitution unfortunately allows for the free practice of religion.

so what are ya gonna do? (not 'you', but society! :) )
