Yes, the WEST does have a history of ignoring Africa - when blacks are killing blacks. If it's WHITES mistreating blacks, as in South Africa, the black "leaders" of the west come out of the woodwork to demand sanctions, but as long as it's only blacks killing other blacks, it is OK, because there's no RACISM involved.....
