Because monitoring attorney- client and investigator-client discussions is illegal, prosecutors wrote that they immediately stopped listening in most cases and did not learn anything "substantive."

In most cases? Hmmmm what did they hear in the cases that they didn't stop listening?

He said Peterson's defense team will review the documents this weekend and consider asking the Superior Court to throw out double-murder charges against Scott Peterson.>

Should this be considered the first time the defense asks for the charges be dropped? Be interesting to keep a tally.

There is a provision in the wiretapping laws that allows the investigator to ascertain from intercepted calls if the parties are planning or conspiring to plan illegal activities. That pertains to attorney calls with limitations. While LE cannot monitor for the entire duration, they are allowed to make spot monitoring of the attorney/client phone calls. At a judge's request, the MPD quit doing any spot monitoring after two phone calls of 69 to/from McAllister and SP.

The procedure that they used to avoid violating SP's rights is detailed in length HERE Warning it's a 31 page pdf. file. So if one is inclined to believe the sketchy press reports and McAllister's hot air then one should, also, take the time to read what MPD says actually happened with those calls.

Let's not forget "THE Mystery Woman".

Gera-gross has told us he has found this woman who will clear Scott.

So, do we all fake amnesia? Or should we hold Mark's feet to the fire and demand he put up or shut up?

PS. Don't count on Geraldo, (aka, "Mr. Faithful" who's been married 6 times, and can't keep his pants zipped and is a self proclaimed womanizer)..for unbiased investigative reporting concerning the Mystery Woman. Heck, he probably suggested the alibi to Gera-gross, LOL.
