Listening to 6 minutes of that garbage is hell if you don't like it, and in my experience, most people don't with the exception of many blacks and a few white kids who are wannabe blacks.

You could be right that it's about the music. I went to a high school that was about half black, half white. Every time there was a dance, the black students demanded that their music, and only their music, be played. In order to avoid appearing "racist," the school always gave in. It's probably the same at schools now, or perhaps even worse. I wonder if black students would go to a dance where all of the music was country? Or classical? Polka? Mariachi band? Barry Manilow? Or anything else they hate?
