Well, I was very surprised to find that, the ever so polite Jeeves, was not giving any Tribute to Memorial Day and those to whom this day is dedicated.
I mean, he was ever so happy to have a Cinco de Mayo tribute and a Mother's Day tribute.
Why, if you Mommys moved your mouse over Jeeves' picture on Mother's Day... he gave you a virtual bouquet.
As a result of Jeeves rude behavior today, he has been dismissed as my information butler.
Somethings I just WILL NOT excuse from a Butler... disrespect is one.
Moderator, this is my first vanity, I think. If I have done anything wrong, excuse please.
Now, I am going to call my Gold Star Aunt and tell her I love her snd invite her for a visit. She lost her Marine son in Viet Nam in 1969.
Have a good day everybody. Please remember those who gave all, so that you would have a free Republic.

Had the same thing happen with two of the card shoppes that I frequent. No Memorial Day category...one even had some Peace cards for this date.
How ungrateful!

Wow! I'd forgotten Ask Jeeves even existed.. I still remember all the hyperventilating excitement when he was unveiled during the height of dot-com mania!
