Too bad they didn't succeed. I seriously doubt, 99%, that it was Israel who tried to do that (as they are forbidden by the US to harm the terrorist Arafat). Because if it was Israel, it would have probably been successful.

I think this is a BS story.

If not I hate to think that Arafat's security now has possesion of an envelope full of Anthrax.
