Indeed, one of the better defenses for someone like Clinton is the volume of information. IMHO, it's more than most people are willing to entertain and, because of the magnitude, suspect - thus, an acquittal.
My attorney friends tell me that a complicated case has almost no chance with a jury for that very reason. It has to be simplified, soundbites, images, etc.
