BOSTON (Reuters) - Former President Bill Clinton said on Wednesday Congress should change the rule that barred him from seeking a third term in the White House, but stopped short of saying he wants to return as commander-in-chief.
Speaking at the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum here, Clinton questioned certain aspects of the 22nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which prevents a person from being elected president more than twice.

Might actually help the Republicans to do this ... one of the unifying forces for the Republicans now is fear, loathing and hatred of the Clintons. Hillary is sufficient for this now; but if somehow she was no longer a threat to the Presidency, we could continue to galvanize Republicans with fear that Billy Joe might return.

FROM THE ARCHIVES
MIDI - IMPOSSIBLE DREAM
It all has been just about me
Creating my own legacy
Make sure that your camera's in focus
Oh, look, I am on the TV
I don't care what right-wingers think
So what
I'm in need a shrink
I knew how to bamboozle sheeple
I loved that most wonderful sink
And
.so
don't ever forget
Think of me while dreaming
and girls you'll get wet
I did what I must
often I had to lie
It's too bad that McDougal and Brown and poor Vince had to die
So folks, here's the way it should be
Please keep my photograph
And make sure at the moment of death
It's the last thing you see
Did I tell you that it's about me
Remind you, it's all about me
State clearly, so there's no confusion
It must always be about me
(musical interlude, and then)
Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

If Bill Clinton were a superhero, he'd be known as "The Stain"...
Bill Clinton is like herpies: every so often, he flares up and becomes an irritant...
I heard Clinton's criticism of the tax cut bill. Every time President Bush signs legislation, we get to hear Bill Clinton explain why the legislation will "imperil" the country, and why George W. Bush is the worst President we've ever had...And this from the worst President we've ever had.
Jimmy Carter left the Presidency and decided to build homes for the homeless. Most Presidents actually achieve something akin to respected "elder statesman" status in their retirement. Since Bill Clinton has no real skills, he has decided to spend his "retirement" being a royal pain in the arse, and to keep his skills at lying sharp. But why should this surprise us? During his eight years in the White House, he proved only one thing to all of us, and that is that he has no propriety. And he's continued in that vein since he left office....
BTW, Bill, shouldn't you be home, working on your book?...
