Is there any telescope available that can discern the footprints left on the moon? No.

Certainly not a telescope based on Earth. Optically, it is impossible to resolve such a small feature on the moon from Earth. I suspect even a satellite orbiting the moon would have a very difficult time seeing such small features.

You want to see an object 0.3 meters long at a distance of 400,000 kilometers? I'm not sure even Hubble could do that...

(good luck, hope this isn't as last minute as it usually is with my kid)

Last time somebody mooned me, I left a size 9 vibram print on him. It's probably faded by now though. Sorry.

It never happened. Neither did the War in Iraq!

They swept up the lot, thus removing the footprints, after they finished filming it in Mesa, AZ.

Is there any telescope available that can discern the footprints left on the moon? Yes, many. And binoculars.
You just have to bring the glassware close enough to the moon.
