That was one of Greta's teasers; all she said about it, I posted at #666(ooh!). No mention of the teaser about it being admissable in court.

Seems she gives alot of teasers lately that she doesn't follow up after coming back from commercials! Too much breaking news on this lately, I guess.

Good point about the jewelry, Rusty. That could account for there not even being any costume-type jewelry or earrings still there; maybe LE did take all of it.

I was hoping Greta would have asked the friend about the journal that was part of the things Sharon wanted to recover. Maybe it was just one of those pregnancy journals?

that is why I believe the Giromali is keeping the warrants, autopsy, and wiretaps, under seal(cough cough, Geragos) pending til July 16th. After that hearing who knows. Wait take it back, maybe the June 6th hearing might get word, but it reads from the last court docs, the Judge is trying to preserve the case for court trial, not public trial. (me thinks Geragos is doing all he can, so in the final end of appeals pending a conviction of death, the higher courts will rule against the conviction based on fair trial. And if that happens, would the DA prosecute again?)

It's got me confused, too, after hearing the 4 friends on Greta this week. Laci either has lots more friends, or it is indeed just an unfounded rumor. But, I would not be surprised to hear later that it's true.

I thought this rumor was posted a day or two ago, but can't remember if it was credited to the Globe or NE, or someplace else.

yes on the LA thing...Did you hear the latest on the "Black Dahlia" case. A PI from Washingoton, the son of a doctor back then, found out his dad did it. Had momento pics of the gal, and when he died, whalla, case solved. What was that 1944? Got away with it because some rogue LA officers, and abortion ring? Wierd crime story... great book to be.. or is already.. lol..

I don't have any concrete stuff on them, other than they could exists, but reports I hear that if they do, are not common in the USA, and reported stuff such as witches cults, santeria, or other type of 'fanatical' out of the society rhelm religion, does exits. But they say mostly if this cult stuff in the USA, is from books, and movies, or Stephen King novels. One might run across strange or weird people, just like some go and pay bucks for those pyshic people to burn candles, etc...to ward off bad spirits.. Superstitious stuff.

I have not personally run into those types, but have run into some who believe in something in cults, but not in full cult rituals stuff. Only viewed that in my younger days on horror flicks....lol. (have viewed some web pages of sorts of wiches attire, understanding why those would wear such garmets. And it is not only witches stuff, but warlock, and buddism, etc...)

One who may know or as retired FBI agent Candice De Long stated, those who could possible become a sacrifice, or murder victim from such acts, are people who strayed out of society norms, and that those victims, usually go unreported, until they find the discoveries of the bodies.

Best bet would be those who police the R/R trains.. Hobos.. bet lots of stories there.

You are probably right. But it is still odd that in 27-28 pages of autopsy report they had forgotten to include that Conner had tape around his neck and a cut on his shoulder.

umm, from all initial accounts, based on live breaking coverage when the bodies were found, Conner wouldn't of been in better condition of decomposing as compared to Laci, if born after the fact. I think people die, and decompose on different factors, some faster than others. Why, don't know. In crime scene investigations, viewing autopsy pictures, murder victims, natural deaths of those, not fun either.... but when you read the case history of them and the findings, they tend to decompose at various points.

From the Marina in Berkeley, in like all bodies of water, debris is all over the place, and plant like stuff, over growth etc.. so, stuff could of trapped in and around the shorelines, and that is a rock embankment, surf break?, so I can see the final soft tissues cutting from the ocean's current thrusting the decomposed bodies to shore. Hence the cut marks, and entangling in the debris around there.

I heard so many accounts of type of tape, so I just left at that. If it was video tape, cassette tape, normal to find that on the roadways, grounds. The winds pick that up and throw that around. Maybe the coroner investigator thought nothing of it, or over looked it's value.
