I love it when fake people are shown for the fakes they really are.

They are just entertainment and are supposed to be fake.
They are playing make-believe for heavens sake.

Diaz has said before in another interview that had she known the damage the sun does, she would have never been in it as much as she is.

"I want girls to realize that nobody looks like the women in the glossy photos without the help of a load of talented people," she recently confessed to Glamour magazine.

this is a false statement. there are millions and millions of beautiful women. it just ain't necessarily the hollywood women.

I didn't want you to think your comment would go unappreciated.

It is as fine a comment as I have ever seen. And, very sweet, too.

This is what I said from the introduction of HDTV, which I first saw at an NAB convention in Dallas years ago. The picture they had up on it was a lovely still life of a bowl of glistening fruit. But I told the guys at the booth, "Nobody watches a bowl of fruit on TV. We watch things like Hugh Downs and Barbara Walters, and I sure as hell don't want to see that in razor sharp detail. There's a reason why they shoot Barbara through a piece of burlap dipped in Vaseline."

I have a great appreciation for Jamie Lee Curtis.

She was featured in a women's magazine in all of her glory...as a woman over forty. Her reasoning in doing this was that she wanted "normal" women to know that the aging process was alive and well in Hollyweird. She, in fact, has not had any "corrective" surgery.

She has aged, but she has aged beautifully.

"Faced with the horror of a sudden acne attack, Ms. Diaz reportedly skipped a premiere showing of Gangs of New York."

Gee, sounds like a very series problem.

On Ms. Diaz, a regular on People magazine's list of the world's most beautiful, Mr. Swann writes, "the magazine's editors -- and most of the Western world -- do not have high-definition TV. If they did, they would see that Diaz's face is spotted with small pockmarks, the unfortunate consequence of a longtime acne problem.

Well yes and no. Today's standard computer monitors can handle the resolution of HDTV without a problem. By the way, some computer video cards are designed so that they can use an HDTV instead of a computer monitor if a person wanted to do that.

This is kind of ironic, everyone in the entertainment industry have been harping for more clearer television and when they get it that, they get a little more than they asked for.

Uh, this is true and false. I've recently been enjoying the exquisite pleasure of escorting a young lady who does indeed have Hollywood-type looks, up close and personal in 3d as opposed to thru an airbrushed TV screen.

BUT, this level of appearance is exceedingly rare, I doubt there are millions and millions of such women are out there. Would that there were! (sigh)

Actually she has.

Jamie Lee Curtis has admitted having cosmetic surgery

Oh give me a break! These people put themselves up on a pedastal and act like we barely have the right to breath the same air.

The most beautiful woman in the world to me is my crippled wife, and people like Cameron Diaz do not know what it's like to be honest and beautiful.

So don't act like you know where she is coming from, you show your ignorance when you do that.

He he he he he...

And just HOW much of that was a socially acceptable way to crow about your new HD toy?

Just curious. ;-)
