Well that would be okay. Except no jeweler in his right mind would do such a thing without checking where he stood isurance wise. Elementary...You give merchandise back to customer or next of kin...Anything else without a written release from SP before a notary and you are IT. The jeweler does not have wiggle here and don't worry he/she knows it.

Oh, yes! That cement bag could be big, or the tape around little Connor's neck. What's discouraging to me and a lot of people who are following this case, is that surely by this time, that kind of evidence is probably already known to someone, and it's a secret and will be kept secret until some judge decides it doesn't need to be a secret anymore, or the "in the know" people decide to leak. LOL What's this all about? A legal game? Our system is becoming a joke, and a bad one at that!

Just thinking that if a death certificate would have been issued, when it could have been issued, and some legal clarity established as to who controlled Scott and Laci's property, the Rochas might have some peace of mind and not have been driven to the last straw or the edge of having to "break in" as the defense and media would have us to believe. I totally blame yesterday's fiasco on a coroner, or whoever is responsible, for refusing to put "unknown" as a cause of death on a death certificate, when it was definitely known the decedant was dead. If evidence to the cause of death became available later when and if missing body parts were found, then I feel sure a death certificate could be legally amended to include "cause of death". No reason at all for all these delays. JMO

no, investigations by MPD, DA, Defense, and the Judge(s), oh, DA and Defense special investigators too, have or had access to the docs or pending evidence gathering..Oh, one more, the CoCo County coroner....oh Two more, Richmond Police, and East Bay Regional Park Police... Hummm, FBI, and need I add more?....lol...

If you want to sign up with Modbee.com to view their pics, you can do a "save as" on those pics, and zoom them in your photo software program you have on your pc..Or go to Modesto Bee, Laci reports, and look up maybe Dec 25, 26th or so until you catch that photo with that story if you don't want to pay a 2.00 fee to the Bee...
