As I stated, none of the 'participants' in this story are looking 'good' - Tee lawyers, the families, the suspect, the media, etc...
But what the hell, just so I can fit in with everyone, let me join the "Scott is scum and should be beaten to death without a trial, since we all KNOW he's guilty, and the Rochas are Saints" crowd and say "Scott is guilty guilty guilty!"...

Your smartass statement to me leaves me assured that you haven't got a clue what's happening in this case. No agreement existed for either family to enter the house (That doesn't stop the Petersons, though), Peterson does not own the house outright and alarms go off all the time at homes where the proper person is gaining entry. By your logic, the first one to change the alarm code wins control of the house.
