As much as I respect "Jeb" he isn't a rocket scientist...You don't have to be a rocket scientist to be an effective governor or POTUS for that matter. Indeed, Jimmy Carter was rocket scientist material and, well... I rest my case.

Isn't it strange that in the 20th century all the democrats,Wilson, Roosevelt, Carter, Kennedy, and Clinton were geniuses. Great propaganda, but some of them didn't have the sense to "come in out of the rain".
