Family, Friends Reclaim Laci's Possessions

"For three months, Laci's mother Sharon Rocha tried to get permission.

Adam Stewart, Laci Peterson's family attorney: "Prior to today, the locks, keys, and alarm codes were all held by Jackie and Lee Peterson, so they had essentially locked out the Rocha's."

Attorneys said Laci's friends and family cut out the old lock this morning and installed a new one, entering the home through the front gate. When a representative from scott peterson's attorney, mark geragos' office showed up the accusations went flying.

I was told that Geragos has purchased the title to the missing van from a dealer, but they don't know where the van is and do not have possession.

Evidently they had an agreement not to talk about the case, but when the partial autopsy report was released the Rochas, feeling the defense released it, decided they had had enough.
