a. As someone who's enjoyed all girl, ME parties, believe me, they are a lot of fun. Girls dress up to show off, relax and chat. And dance the way the wouldn't/couldn't if non-family males were there.

b. As archaic as many of their beliefs appear, there are some that resonate with ours....they strive to keep innocence alive as long as possible. The family unit is still very strong and intact (like grandma lives with the family until the day she dies....can we still say that?)

c. They are quick to call Brittany, Madonna, etc 'barbarians' and not examples of what a 'good girl' should be.... and I think many parents would agree.

Well, I have heard there were such things as moderate Muslims. If you are really Muslim and not just using the screen name let me ask you:
1. Do Muslims accept ideas and cultures that do not resemble Islam?
2. How many other religions are allowed in Saudi Arabia?
3. Is it Ok to preach the Christian Bible and convert Muslims?
4. How many Islamic countries can I build a Catholic Cathedral?
5. Do non-Muslims face discrimination from Muslims like...I don't know, beheading? Suicide bombings?
6. When Muslims emigrate to Western countries do they absorb the culture or do they demand the culture conform to them?
7. How many Muslim demonstrations can you name that have protested the London bombings, the Israel bombings, the Iraq bombings, the African bombings, the Cole bombings, 9/11, (Insert the name of your particular murder of the innocents favorite here). In fact, name any demonstration by any Muslim that protested actions against the West or Christians.

No, sir. The West's only mistake has been tolerance. We assumed that there was such a thing as a "moderate Muslim" when in fact there is not. If you truly adhere to the Koran, which I have acquired one since 9/11, then you are not a moderate. You believe the only truth is Islam and all others much submit.
Now, if you would say that there are portions of the Koran that are no longer applicable, such as stoning and slavery as found in the old testament of the Bible, then enlighten those of us in the West that do not understand this. If this is so I can accept the concept of a "moderate Muslim". BUT, how wide spread is that concept?
If thirty families of Muslims in Chicago or California disregard large sections that may seem a prime example, but if 80 million believe every word about cutting off the heads of unbelievers, then we still have the same problem.
