E X C L U S I V E - First, the exclusive: Something "big" is going to happen today regarding Nicole Parra and VOTER FRAUD!! Dean Gardner (the GOP nominee who would be in the State Assembly today if it hadn't been for VOTER FRAUD) is having a news conference today to publish the results of the investigation into VOTER FRAUD that took place in the State Assembly District 30 race. Stay tuned . . .
Now for the FReeping opportunity: This Saturday, June 14, 7:30 A.M. Nicole Parra is going to be in Avenal having breakfast at the Avenal Veteran's Hall, 108 W. Kings St. - exploiting our brave, wonderful Veterans for a photo op.
Background: For those of you who don't know - Nicole Parra is the Assemblywoman for which the democraps spent over two million dollars to buy her seat. As if that weren't enough, allegations of VOTER FRAUD (including tossing out military ballots) abound. And is if THAT weren't enough - to add insult to injury - the democRATS appointed Nicole Parra to head the powerful and important Veterans Affairs Committee. Give me a massive break!!!
Come join me this Saturday, June 14, 7:30 a.m. at the Avenal Veteran's Hall, 108 W. Kings St., in Avenal CA, to give Nicole Parra a well-deserved freeping!!

News Release:
Nicole Parra Queen of Voter Fraud
D E M O N S T R A T I O N
When: Saturday, June 14, 2003, 7:30 a.m.
Where: Avenal Veterans Hall, 108 W. Kings St., Avenal
Protesters from FreeRepublic.com, a conservative interactive web site, will converge this Saturday in Avenal to show their outrage over District 30 Assembly Member Nicole Parras apparent participation in Voter Fraud. The group will demand her immediate resignation.
If it hadnt been for voter fraud, Nicole Parra would not be sitting in the State Assembly, says Saundra Duffy, head of Fresno/Central Valley Chapter of FreeRepublic.com. She is a disgrace, and for Speaker Wesson to appoint her to Chair the Veterans Affairs Committee is just adding insult to injury, Duffy concluded.
Parras Assembly web site states that she will be attending a pancake breakfast at Avenal Veterans Hall on Saturday.
Well see if she shows up, says Duffy. Ill be very surprised if she does, but one way or the other, we intend to make our point loud and clear!
Visuals: Home made signs and a bull-horn.

So what's change to prevent this next election? If the cellulite-legged senator runs I can't phantom the corruption. And the pusillanimous pubbies are waiting for their dose of victimization after election day. The "Two-Party Cartel". Nothing big ever changes - same bigger gov & it appears the same old liberal judges & the same old bombings of the Jews with us forcing restraint on the terrorist & Arafat still running the show & the borders still a seive. How much of our tax dollars are going toward the UN this year? And when you all praise the new/improved Patriot Act that allows the illegals Mexicans more benefits that you have when will you say enough to this "cartel"?

We can't solve all the problems in the world. However, a good start - and something that is do-able - is for California voters to have to show an ID at the polls. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?!!!!!!!! Sheeeesh. Thanks for your post, FReeper pal.

is for California voters to have to show an ID at the polls.Let's just make sure it's not a Mexican ID card;-)

Just in from Bakersfield Californian rag:
Results of election inquiry to be shared
By CHRISTINE BEDELL, Californian staff writer
e-mail:
cbedell@bakersfield.com Wednesday June 11, 2003, 11:02:00 PM
Former candidate Dean Gardner is scheduled to announce today results of an investigation into possible voter fraud during last year's 30th District Assembly race.
The information comes out of an inquiry by Gardner supporters, not the Kern County District Attorney's office, which also has been investigating, said Gardner's wife, Ruth Gardner.
In fact, the D.A.'s office is still reviewing the 1,318 instances of possible voting irregularities presented to it by the California Republican Party last December, according to Deputy District Attorney Michael Yraceburn.
Both sides valued every ballot in that race -- Gardner lost to Democrat Nicole Parra by just 266 votes of more than 50,000 cast.
Until now, Gardner has denied any involvement in the GOP study of 30th District balloting and its passing of information to prosecutors. He's just been monitoring events as a "concerned citizen," Gardner often has said.
Gardner did tell The Californian in May that he's been "a little frustrated" with the pace of the D.A.'s inquiry.
"As a citizen I'm concerned there has not been a response," Gardner said.
Ruth Gardner said her husband will explain why he's now releasing investigation results. According to a press release, Gardner also intends to detail the "avenues of remedy" he will pursue.
Ruth Gardner declined to release any of the information early.
In the past, Dean Gardner has referred questions about the GOP investigation to party volunteers Alberto Llamas and Jim Lopez.
Llamas agreed to share the information with The Californian last month but never showed up for a scheduled interview and has repeatedly declined to reschedule another interview.
The Republican Party began scrutinizing 30th District ballots immediately after Election Day. Subsequent legal wrangling by both sides helped delay the official vote count by weeks.
The documents the Republicans turned over to the D.A.'s office allege such violations as ineligible voters, people requesting and casting absentee ballots illegally, and improper registrations.
The party has not directly accused Parra or her campaign of orchestrating any fraud.
Its spokespeople instead have maintained there are gaps and errors that exist in the election system.
The 30th District includes parts of northwest Kern County, east Bakersfield, Arvin and Lamont plus pieces of Fresno, Tulare and Kings counties.
