Thank you! I need to see this sort of thing often. We're expecting our seventh (living) child next year, when I'll be 37. The statistics are trending against us! It's so important to be reminded that the only thing that matters is God's infinite love for every child, and His grace poured out on parents who accept His gifts.

I just found this post this evening. Thank you for posting it! I'm still catching up on everything after a 5 week hospital stay with my own special little guy.
When I read about guys like Timmy it makes me think of my own son. He has had a real rough go of life so far. He can't really talk and has problems walking. He has been stuck with needles way too often and screams and cries "all done" "all done" when they are trying to start an IV, but has a smile afterwards. He lets me know by his example that even when Life is hard, Life is good. He is a walking sign of God's love.
