What is this talk of adding something to the US Constitution: the presidential line-item veto? Seems like Bohannon really wants some changes to the Constitution. Open the floodgates! ?

Date Line Paris July 4, 2004

After disarming their fellow Countrymen with the introduction of Green Legislation into the French Constitution last year, the frogs rose up in successful one day coup that gave them control of the Government yesterday.

The new Government, expected to place Kermit T. Frog at its helm, has put an immediate ban on all agriculture commerce and increased local work visa fees by %300 to fund new research into the palatability of Soilent Green.

Senior Social Services and Remedial Developmental Training employees will be dismissed with one week’s severance pay and replaced with members of the former Pork and Poultry Producers Union.

The New Government has also announced plans to reduce the Nations Prison Population by %99 in the next 90 days.
