Did God tell George Bush to strike Iraq?

Was George Bush told to strike Iraq and Al-Quaeda by God? The above linked Jewish news article suggests that George Bush to Abbas that God directed him to strike Iraq, and that Bush would abandon his commitment to Middle East peace to focus on the upcoming elections.

Don't misunderstand, the wording of the article makes me suspicious. I disbelieve George Bush would tell someone like Abbas that an election is more important than foreign policy, particularly when couched in terms that suggest Bush believes God is directing his actions. Smells like a British newspaper article about Wolfowitz.
