I was doing some looking around on the web and found this. I just can't believe Clinton got away w/ all this.

Later the White House took the key decision-making powers over technology transfers from the State and Defense Departments and gave them to the Commerce Department. Has this been changed back to give State and Defense dept. key decision-making powers?

Not to mention the "untimely" death of Kearney Cottingham, an engineer with Loral who was scheduled to testify to the
Select House Committee on the subject.

Clinton Administration Gave China Top Nuclear Secrets. The Bill Clinton I knew wouldn't have given away any secrets to China.
He would have ***SOLD*** 'em, and for a pretty penny, too!

It's called treason.
And is still punishable with death.
However, Clinton will never see a day in the pen, nor will he get the voltage application he so desperately needs in payment for his crimes.

The Clinton administration had reset long-standing policies relating to technology transfers. By March of 1994, the administration had abolished the COCOM system that had safeguarded technology transfers from Western countries to East Bloc or communist nations. Later the White House took the key decision-making powers over technology transfers from the State and Defense Departments and gave them to the Commerce Department. Was the 'Foundation' in existence back then?
