She still looks good. But I'm afraid she's slowly starting to look like Phyliss Diller, with breasts.

Ah, but for those good old days...
I'll never forget the great schoolboy laughs I and my otherwise-religious buddies
got when she used to appear on The Porter Wagoner Show.

Especially when she held up a rose-pattern-embroidered towel (a bonus gift
in the laundry soap sold by a show sponsor) and said joyously:

"Porter, how do you like these!?"

LOL! It's what I was thinking too. That's not Dolly Parton, it's someone with a Dolly Parton body and a Phyllis Diller mask!

How can you tell which kids are Dolly Parton's??

They're the ones with stretch marks around their mouths.

She was there to keep president Bush "abreast" of the newest trends in country music.....

I think Bill Clinton once said he would like to have her on his staff too, but that is another story.

I will always love you, Dolly.

She'll be the first to tell you that it costs a fortune to look this cheap. She's one of the best ever.

I know two people who knew Dolly (one was an assistant for her). They both say that Dolly is actually very, very smart, as well as nice, funny, and generous.

Dolly has pandered to the Hollywood left on many occassions, She has made several pro homo statements & backed Clinton on several items. I think she believed she still had a shot at a movie or TV show at the time.

Have to give her credit, she took off all that weight and kept it off. I remember when she was on Oprah's show, the first time Oprah took off all that weight. They both talked about it. Oprah has probably gained and lost 1,000 pounds since that show, but Dolly really kept it off. However, that photo looks like it belongs at Madame Toussaud's!
