The crowd waiting for The Hill seemed to be mostly women. They were patient and quiet for the most part. They looked at us, but showed very little emotion. BUT, one time, when a guy was walking the length of their line, he flashed us the finger, over and over. That woke them up! They shouted in agreement with him, which only proved that our presence got to them!! We of course let him know that he was showing his 'liberal IQ'!!

There was a trash receptacle on our side, and none on the other side. One 50-60ish woman came over to drop her water bottle in it. She didn't say anything until she turned her back and started to cross back. She coudn't help herself and just had to toss a nasty comment to Race -- saying he looked better in his demon msk than without it! We gave it to her - in spades! She retreated!

Another guy came to get in his car, which was on our side. He had to throw invectives at us and to see him go after Race was funny! This man was about 5'2 and stupid! The police officer, on our side, finally calmed this idiot down and he went on his way.

It is amazing to hear some of the comments. One man on line decided to give it to us and hollered something about the WMD and Halliburton. He was just yelling sound bytes - no substance. I started laughing -- really laughing at him. He really thought he had us with that comment, and he looked at me in disbelief that I would laugh at him.

The police were nice. They asked Raoul not to use the bull-horn as they didn't want the Hill crowd to get riled up. We complied. They said they had to be neutral, but I got the feeling that they had personal feelings, too. They were very,very nice to us.

One older woman (80's) came by with her son and spoke with me. The man was on our side and made some comments about
Hillary. But not his Mother!!! She said it was about time we had a woman president. I said "How about Condi Rice?" I might as well have been talking to the moon. The woman read my sign "Mendacious Memoirs". She asked what 'mendacious' meant. The woman had an accent, so her English was not the best. I told her it meant that Hillary was a liar. You hould have seen the face she gave me! LOL! Her son pulled her away.

A good day! Hot! But satisfying --and BackDoor Hill didn't disappoint us --- she used the back way!
