There are several common foods, condiments, that can give a person a buzz. Hot peppers do this, so does nutmeg, and that can be a nasty one. Soy sauce or worchester [woozy it is called in jest] sauce is another. Take it easy on these, although the hot pepper is usually self limiting and not so much apt to be abused. Those who staff the ER don't want to see you there with a tragic nutmeg overdose.
