Before anybody asserts "There were no WMDs, Bush lied", consider this:

1. When the UNSCOM inspectors were withdrawn from Iraq in November, 1998 (a whole 'nother story), they had confirmed the existence of "tons of chemical weapons" and "hundreds of liters of biological weapons". They were there, then. Where are they now?

2. What do you call nuclear centrifuges buried in rose gardens? Or mobile laboratories with no apparent purpose other than propagation of biological weapons? Or barrels of ricin? Or, for that matter, tanker trucks full of fumed silicon dioxide...???

I think it's safe to assume that if there was a Democrat in the White House, we would still be flying our No-Fly zones, our troops would still be in Kuwait and Turkey and we would still be pumping money down the rat hole with nothing to show for it.

They are currently investigating who didn't do their job on 9/11. If we assume we had heard that something was going to happen, but it turned out the information came from an unreliable source, we should have sat on our asses until we got better information.

At least now, the Democrats are showing it is not safe to trust the country in their hands.

If any idiot argues with me about iraq and wmd my only response will be so what. If any idiot argues with me about blood for oil I will say that it was a bargain and ask the brain dead if they preferred that senior citizens die in the cold because heating oil was too expensive. If any idiot argues with me about iraq I am going to say we need to talk about taxes, the unemployed, and the rebounding economy. When these fools harp about iraq I am just going to say that it's old news we need to move on and talk about pressing issues. By way of an affirmative defense I am going to ignore idiots.
