Andrea Mitchell NBC NIghtly News reports, "Tenet fell on his sword". She ends her report by saying, " but the administration had plenty of notice that the intelligence was flawed.".

David Gregory's taped report was very accusatory, so what's new. Both were dismissive of Tenet taking responsibility, obvious they aren't ready to stop the attack on Bush. After Mitchell, NBC showed a tape of John McCain saying there needs to be an investigation. The people need to know, and the president needs to know who's responsible. That's basically what he said.

It's interesting because I was reading the Washington Times, and an article says that it is a bit troubling that the Bush Presidency hasn't had any scandles. In fact, the article was titled: LACK OF BUSH SCANDLES FRUSTERATES DEMOCRATES.

Now isn't that just a BIT interesting, especially when one considers that this article was written just a day or two before this new story broke.

It looks awful dirty. As far as I am concerned, Bush is going after those who fund terrorists. And who knows how or where that funding will impact the United States.
