there is no penalty for cheating. Feminsts are teaching girls it is ok to cheat because HE will loose if you divorce. Cheat let him scream, his opinion does not matter. In a time when marriage is on the verge of attack it is odd how we have these cheating threads going up and cheeting stories comming out.
It is as if the media want to denigrate marriage to the point where we will not care if homose or polygamists marriage is ordered by the courts.
I say NO, first reinforce marriage with the Federal Marriage Ammendment, second we begin Divorce reform (leave no fault to get the divorce but install "cashing out" penalties for cheaters and parties who are trading up, third support reform (mandatory DNA testing of all children for paternity in all support casses, only fathers or men who KNOWINGLY consent can be ordered to pay)

Child support should be apportioned without regard to fault for the break-up of the marriage. The kids are entitled to support no matter who strayed. Absolutely not. Whoever cheated should lose everything. The faithful spouse gets the kids, house, cars, everything financial or material that belongs to the union. The cheater should leave with nothing but what the cheated deems to give them.
A good friend of mine signed his divorce papers a few weeks ago. His ex-wife married some other guy the very same day. Can you say adulterous slut? I knew you could. She deserves nothing but contempt and scorn (except for maybe a scarlet "A" tattooed onto her forehead)
