I was working for a major grain processing company when this crap started.

I was considered an expert because I understood the EPA forms & regulations better than the "consultants" corporate hired to help us

I went on to get a lot of money from other companies for filling out their forms

I understood them well enough to keep my clients from paying fines, but I still dont understand them

I dont think anyone does

I thought our Government passed a law, effective in the year 2000, that all documents had to be in clear, easy to understand, unambiguous language??? I'll look into it some more...maybe it was just for everyone else and not the government.
