If he is guilty of rape he should serve some time. However, if he is only guilty of adultry he should not go to prison.
Also, he should not be convicted of rape if the woman's definition of rape comes from a woman's studies class she took at university.

Remember, the news channels have to broadcast 24 hours a day, even if there's only 10 minutes worth of news. During the dog days of summer, that's usually the case. So you get thousands of hours of intensive coverage of some ridiculous non-story ("Nigergate"?!) that wouldn't deserve five minutes during a really busy news day.
I know because I write a daily topical humor service for radio stations, and I have to come up with five pages a day of jokes about the news, even when there is no major news to write jokes about. But unlike CNN, et al, I can't fill up my entire service with material about the same story, so I have to scour the Internet for a variety of interesting news items from around the world. I wish our overpaid professional "journalists" would show as much initiative as our little radio comedy service and go out and dig up some damn news.

So, we shouldn't judge Bryant without hearing the evidence, but you have no trouble judging a woman you know absolutely nothing about.

That is a pretty idiotic statement. She was crying 30 minutes after she came down from Kobe's room. She is being hounded by the press. She will be trashed by Kobe's lawyers in public and in court. What is the benefit? I doubt she is going to take Kobe's money... Your reply was more idiotic.
Im positive there is alot of manipulative women out there willing to whip out tears. Neither of us was there so neither can say much else besides take these witnesses account. I never said she DID lie, only "if"... And character doesnt matter to some people if they have millions to live off of.
I dont put anything past anyone these days. Sue me.

supposedly this is the woman
Well it's all rumor and innuendo right now, but lord knows we're quick to hop on that bus... According to forum visitor dickstokes, quoting a source at another website, this is a picture of the no longer anonymous accuser of Kobe Bryant in Eagle Colorado. There's no name posted with the photo, but I know that the internet is the best way to find out the truth before anyone else knows... So, I'm sure you'll see her picture again, she's laying down on the right (as you face the photo)

Yo mama. He's guilty as hell. Her employer asked her to go to his room. He got caught because she screamed loud enough to attract the attention of other hotel guests who called security.
Lakers suck. Kobe's a scumbag. I bet you like the Sinkmaster too.

"So, we shouldn't judge Bryant without hearing the evidence, but you have no trouble judging a woman you know absolutely nothing about."
Ask yourself, why has all of the evidence been sealed? To protect the woman? I don't think so. It is sealed in order to allow the prosecution to demonize Kobe in the press prior to trial.
The purpose of the Police and the DA is not to discover the "truth", their purpose, rather is to create a case against the accuser. Many things reported about your 'angel' don't smell right.
Until this thing is tried I will give Kobe the benefit of the doubt. And if this means doubting your young princess, then so be it.
